This one was sent to my friend Austina recently as a very, very, very belated birthday gift. I used heavy iron-in interfacing with this one and switched the orientation. I like both modifications very much. The fabric is from JoAnn. The outer is a wonderful corduroy that I found in the seconds bin. It’s a little more than a fat quarter with a big rip down the middle. But I think there’s just enough to make another for myself. The inner was a quarter flat I picked up for 99 cents, and the button I had on hand. I love using inexpensive ingredients to make something personal. For some reason, the fabric reminded me of Austina immediately and I bought it with her in mind.
